Grants Available for Youth Sportfishing, Boating, and Education Programs Organizations and local agencies involved in providing sportfishing, boating, and aquatic education programs and reengaging youth in outdoor activities may be eligible for up to $5,000 in grant money from the Pennsylvania Fish & Boat Commission (PF&BC).
